Description

A terrace of three houses located on Horncastle Road, built in the early 19th century. The houses are constructed of red brick in a Flemish bond pattern, although number 16 has a colour-washed exterior. The roofs are slate-covered, and the terrace features two gable and one ridge chimney stack.

The exterior presents a three-storey, six-bay facade, with the right-hand pair of houses being a mirror image of the left. A dentil-detailed wooden eaves cornice runs along the roofline. Each house has a panelled front door with an overlight, set within a doorcase featuring narrow pilasters, decorative roundels, a flat hood, and a single broad sash window on the ground floor. The first floor has six plain sash windows, and the second floor has six smaller, similar windows. All window and door openings are framed by painted, splayed flat brick arches.

The interior of the houses has not been inspected.
