Description

No. 13 Witham Place is a house dating from the late 18th century. It is constructed of red and brown brick with roughcast render and features a pantile roof behind a tall parapet. The building has three storeys and a three-bay front, with sill bands on each storey. The entrance consists of a recessed six-panel door topped with a radiating fanlight, and to the left are two glazing bar sash windows. On the first floor, there are three similar windows, and on the second floor, there are three slightly smaller windows of the same style. Inside, the house retains a stick baluster staircase with a wreathed handrail and panelled doors.
