Description
This is a house dating from the early 19th century, situated in Boston. It is constructed of stock brick with a hipped slate roof and two chimney stacks, with a rendered side wall. The corner of the house is canted at ground floor level to allow access to an adjacent passage, and the corner above is supported by a moulded stone cornice with leadwork. The house has three storeys and a three-bay front, featuring a short ashlar plinth. The central entrance has a six-panel door with a plain overlight, set within a moulded wooden surround and a plain hood. It is flanked by single sash windows. The first floor has three similar windows, and the second floor has three even smaller windows. All windows are topped with flat wedge brick arches. The interior has not been inspected.
