Description
14 Witham Place is a house built in the late 18th century, with some alterations made in the 19th century. It is constructed of red brick in Flemish bond, featuring a cement rendered base on part of the ground floor, two stacks, and a pantile roof behind a stone-capped parapet.
The exterior consists of three storeys plus a cellar, with a three-bay front. To the right, there is a six-panelled door with a traceried overlight, accessed by two steps. This door has panelled ingoes, a narrow pilastered hood, and a pediment. To the left of the door are two plain sash windows, and on the first and second floors, there are three similar windows. The ground and first-floor windows have wedge brick flat arches, while the second-floor windows feature altered cement stucco lintels. At the rear, there is a semicircular-headed stair window.
Inside, the house retains panelled doors and a stick baluster stair.
