Description

No. 1 Chapel Lane is a house dating from the early 19th century. It is constructed of red brick and features a pantile roof with decorated eaves, a single gable, and a single ridge stack. The building has two stories and a four-bay front. The doorway is located to the right and is framed by an open pediment and a moulded doorcase, with an overlight and a panelled door. To the left of the door are two glazing bar sash windows, and to the right is a single glazing bar sash window. On the upper floor, there are four glazing bar sash windows, all of which have segmental heads.
