Brook House is a house built in the mid-18th century. It is constructed of red brick and features a plain tile roof, brick gable stacks, and stone-coped gables with moulded kneelers. The building has two storeys and attics above a basement. The south side has a stone plinth and flush stone quoins on the west side.
The north elevation includes three 2-light wooden casement windows with flat arches on each floor, along with three dormer windows above. The south elevation features a basement doorway on the left and a 3-light wooden casement window. There is an off-centre doorway above, accessed by a flight of seven stone steps, leading to a raised and fielded panelled door. This doorway is flanked by 2-light wooden casement windows under flat arches, with three similar windows above.
Inside, the house has raised and fielded panel doors and a dogleg staircase with stick balusters.
