Description

No. 8 Main Road is a house dating from the early 18th century. It is constructed of red brick and has a plain tile roof. The building stands two storeys tall and features a tall chamfered plinth and a brick band at the first floor level. The north elevation has two bays, with a central doorway that has a segmental head and a panel door. On either side of the doorway are 3-light wooden casement windows with a transom, also under segment heads. There are two similar windows located above on the second floor.
