Description
No. 10 Fore Street is a house dating from the early 18th century. It is constructed of red brick and features a plain tile hipped roof. The building has two storeys and an attic, with five windows on the west side and two windows facing the street on the south side. It has a continuous floor band and a deep wooden cornice with modillions at the eaves. The central door on the west side has six fielded panels and a segmental-headed four-light fanlight above, along with a 20th-century cornice hood. The windows are 20th-century flush sash, with those on the ground floor of the west side having segmental heads.
