Description

No. 14 Fore Street is a house dating from around 1800. It is constructed of red brick and features a slate mansard roof. The building has two storeys and attics, with two floor bands and a parapet. The windows are flush glazing bar sash types. The door on the left has a segmental headed surround, supported by thin Roman Doric columns, and is adorned with fluted frieze blocks and a moulded cornice. There are also two boxed Yorkshire casement dormers.
