Description
No. 77 Church Hill is a house dating from the early 18th century. It is constructed of red brick and features a plain tiled roof. The building consists of two parallel ranges and has two storeys with an attic above a basement, set on a plinth. The roof is equipped with stacks at both ends and three hipped dormers. The first floor has a regular arrangement of five glazing bar sash windows, with blank panels at both ends. On the ground floor, there are four glazing bar sash windows with gauged heads and flying cornices, along with two additional glazing bar sash windows that have been inserted into originally blank panels at both ends. The house has a central porch that contains an eight-panelled door, and there is a basement opening to the left.
