TR 24 NE SHEPERDSWELL & COLDRED CHURCH HILL (north side) 2/91 No. 77(formerly 22.8.62 listed as Nos 1 & 2 Church Hill) GV II House. Early C18. Red brick with plain tiled roof. Two parallel ranges. Two storeys and attic on basement with plinth. Roof with stacks to end left and to end right, and 3 hipped dormers. Regular fenestration of 5 glazing bar sashes on first floor, with blank panels at end left and end right. Four glazing bar sashes on ground floor with gauged heads and flying cornices, with 2 glazing bar sashes inserted in originally blank panels at end left and right. Central porch with 8 panelled door. Basement opening to left.
