TR 24 NE SHEPERDSWELL & COLDRED THE GREEN (north side) Sunshine Cottage 2/105 and Holly Tree 30.5.79 House GV II House pair. Early C18 and mid Cl9 exterior. Painted brick and plain tiled roof. Two storeys in 2 builds, with plinth and plat band to left, the end right bay with vermiculated quoins and higher eaves line. Hipped roof with stacks to left and to rear right. Two wooden casements on each floor to left (Sunshine Cottage) with central gabled porch with half-glazed doors. Sash to right on first floor and canted bay on ground floor with glazed door to left of it. Recessed 2 storey wing to rear right with sash on first floor, and glazed door. Included for group value.
