Description

Holly Tree House is an 18th-century front applied to a building that is likely older. It is a two-story structure with three windows. The exterior is of coursed stone with red brick dressings and quoins. A cornice sits beneath the hipped tiled roof, and the original glazing bars are intact. The doorway is topped by a flat hood supported by brackets. To the west of the garden, a contemporary retaining wall is constructed of stone and features a brick coping.
