SK 87 NW FENTON MALTKILN ROAD (west side) 2/29 No. 7 16-12-64 G.V. II

House. Mid C18 with minor late C18 alterations. Red brick with pantiled roof, raised and tumbled brick coped gables. 2brick gable stacks. T-plan. 2 storey 3 bay front with garrets, moulded brick first floor band and plain second floor band to gable end. Central 6 panelled door with fluted pilasters and open pediment flanked by single bow windows with glazing bars and flat lead roofs with moulded architraves. to first floor are 3 glazing bar sashes with segmental brick heads.
