This is a barn located at the rear of No. 7 on Maltkiln Road in Fenton, dating from the mid-18th century. It is constructed of red brick and features a steeply pitched pantiled roof with raised tumbled brick coped gables and kneelers. The front of the barn is single storey and has four bays with a dentillated eaves course. There are two planked wooden doors with semi-circular headed openings on the left, one of which is blocked. To the right of the facade, there is a single projecting buttress with a lozenge-shaped breather beyond it. On the left side, there is a lower single bay extension. The staggered butt purlin roof is intact, and at the rear, there are two circular pitching eyes. The barn is listed for its group value.
