Description
Lands Farmhouse is a farmhouse with an adjoining cottage, now functioning as a single dwelling. The farmhouse is dated 1693, and the cottage is of a similar age. The building has been altered and features rendered walls and a tiled roof with rendered gable stacks. It stands two storeys tall. The farmhouse has a central door with chamfered reveals and a very deep lintel inscribed with "F I E 1693." To the left, there is a 5-light window, with a 4-light window above it, and a 4-light window to the right on both floors. All windows are double chamfered, with two mullions removed. The cottage, which is set back to the left, has an entrance with chamfered reveals in a recent porch and one 4-light double chamfered window. There is an outshut at the rear of the farmhouse and a round arched fire window at the rear of the cottage.
