Description
Nos. 1, 2, and 3 Mazebrook are a terrace of three cottages built in the early 19th century, with No. 3 being slightly later and altered. The cottages are constructed from hammer-dressed stone, featuring some quoins, and have a stone slate roof. They are two storeys tall and include two and three-light windows, with alterations made to the ground floor. Each dwelling has one three-light stone mullioned window on the first floor. The elevation facing the courtyard shows that No. 3 is slightly set back, while small lean-to additions are present on Nos. 1 and 2. The staggered windows on the first floor of Nos. 1 and 2 are likely alterations. These cottages are included in the listing for their group value.
