Late C18. House and barn in one range. Hammer dressed stone and coursed rubble. Quoins. Rough stone plinth. Pitched stone slate roof. Stack with water tabling. Stone brackets to gutter. 2 storeys. South elevation: ground floor; doorway with large millstone grit lintel and quoins (chamfered reveals). One 4-light stone mullioned window (recessed mullions). First floor; one 3-light stone mullioned window. One 2-light stone mullioned window. West elevation: two 2-light stone mullioned windows (recessed mullions). Barn: south elevation; large central doorway with segmental arched head with pronounced keystone with stone surround. A former small doorway with large lintel (now partly blocked to form window).
