Late C18. House and barn in one range. Hammer dressed stone. Quoins. Pitched stone slate roof. 2 storeys. South elevation: Ground floor; central doorway with stone surround and tie stones. Two 3-light stone mullioned windows. First floor: two 5-light stone mullioned windows. North elevation: modern window openings. East gable: modern single storey lean-to extension. Barn: South elevation: large central doorway with lintel and stone surround. Small doorway with deep lintel, stone surround and tie-stones (part blocked). Two round pitch holes with stone surrounds at high level.
