Description

The bridge over the outlet to Sparth Reservoir, part of the Huddersfield Narrow Canal, was built in 1848, as indicated by the inscribed keystone. It features a single segmental arched span and is constructed from hammer dressed stone. The bridge is paved with stone flags.
