Description

This is a road bridge over a stream, dated 1856. It is constructed from local stone coursed rubble and features a segmental arch that is voussoired with a keystone. The bridge has plain parapets that curve at each corner, returning to square piers on the bank. The copings to the parapets are made of upright stones, with flat ashlar slabs on the piers. There is a datestone located over the arch on the south side. The bridge is of significant group value in the center of the settlement.
