Description

This is a semi-detached house, likely dating from the late 18th century. The house is constructed of local stone rubble with a roof of Bridgwater patent interlocking clay tiles and overhanging gables. A brick chimney stack is also present. The building is two stories high and has three bays. It features leaded casement windows with three lights in most bays; the upper bay two has a two-light window. All windows have concrete lintols, iron-framed opening lights above, and adapted toplights below. A late 20th-century six-panel door sits in a plain opening on the lower bay two. A small, single-story extension with a half-hipped clay tile roof and a horizontal bar casement window is attached to the north gable. The interior was not inspected. The roof structure is integrated with the adjoining property at No. 160 to the south.
