Description

Idstone Bridge is a road bridge over a stream, dating from the 18th century. It is constructed of rubble and features a single segmental arch span with a prominent keystone on each side. The parapets, also made of rubble, rise approximately 800 millimeters above the roadway, which is about 2.5 meters wide. The parapets curve in large arcs at both ends.
