Description

Greystones is a cottage dating from the 18th century, constructed of local stone coursed rubble with a thatched roof featuring plain gables and stone chimney stacks. The building has two storeys and consists of four bays. It showcases late 18th century timber frame windows with leaded lights and iron framed opening lights: there are two-light windows on the upper floor, while the lower floor features a three-light casement in a segmental arched opening and a matching two-light window in the fourth bay. In the third bay, there is a boarded door with a glazed panel set within an open timber and tiled porch. At the rear, there is an outshut, and a lean-to is attached to the west gable. The interior has not been seen.
