Description

Manor Farm House is an 18th-century or earlier farmhouse, located in Milborne Port. It is constructed of local stone rubble, with a stone slate roof, a stone and rendered brick chimney stack, and follows an "L" plan. The two-story, four-bay east elevation features a three-light casement window in the first bay below a blank space above. The remaining bays have late 18th-century timber-frame windows with leaded lights and iron casements, all beneath exposed timber lintols. A 19th-century four-panel door is situated in a timber lattice and tiled roof porch in the second bay. A rear extension to the northwest corner was likely built in the early 20th century. The interior has not been inspected.
