Description
No. 5 Kettle Lane is a mid-19th century building that has been rendered. It features a pitched stone slate roof with copings to the gable on moulded footstones and stands two storeys high.
The east elevation includes a later porch with a two-panelled door and a hood mould above it. There is a five-light stone mullioned window, which is chamfered and recessed, with a hood moulding above that has a drop and short return. On the first floor, there is a three-light stone mullioned window, also chamfered and recessed, featuring a central sash and a similar hood mould above.
The north elevation has a two-light stone mullioned window on each floor, which is also chamfered.
