Description

No. 3 Victoria Lane is a mid-19th century weaver's house constructed from hammer-dressed stone, featuring a pitched stone slate roof with coped gables and stone brackets supporting the gutter. The building has two to three storeys.

On the south elevation, the ground floor includes one three-light stone mullioned window and one four-light stone mullioned window. The first floor has two six-light stone mullioned windows, while the second floor features a single twelve-light stone mullioned window. There is a continuous sill band that runs across the first and second floors.

The north elevation has a ground floor with one four-light stone mullioned window, one three-light stone mullioned window, and a central doorway. The first floor is highlighted by a thirteen-light stone mullioned window.
