Mid C19. Hammer dressed stone. Pitched stone slate roof. Coped east gable. Stone brackets to gutter. 2 storeys and basement. South elevation: basement; one 4-light stone mullioned window with glazing bars, ground floor; loading door with ramped stone entrance and iron railings. Two 4-light stone mullioned windows. First floor; one 16-light stone mullioned window. Continuous sill band. North elevation; basement; two windows with stone surrounds. Ground floor; one 16-light stone mullioned window (only 8 lights open, the rest are blocked and some mullions removed). Continuous sill band.
