Description
No. 470 Leymoor Road is a mid-19th century pair of weavers' houses made of hammer-dressed stone, featuring a pitched stone slate roof with coped gables and stone brackets supporting the gutter. The building has three storeys.
On the southeast elevation, the ground floor has two entrances with stone surrounds and tie-stones, along with two three-light stone mullioned windows. The first and second floors each have two six-light stone mullioned windows with a continuous sill band.
The northwest elevation includes a large modern garage doorway on the ground floor and one three-light stone mullioned window, although one light is blocked. The first and second floors each feature two three-light stone mullioned windows.
