On the southeast elevation, the ground floor has two doors with stone surrounds and tie-stones, along with two four-light stone mullioned windows. The first floor contains two eight-light stone mullioned windows, each with two lights blocked. There is a continuous sill band beneath the first-floor windows, and all windows on this elevation have raised sills.

The first floor has two eight-light stone mullioned windows, with one window having three lights blocked and the other having two lights blocked. Additionally, No. 448 has a modern one-storey flat-roofed coursed stone extension.
