Description
No. 313 Radcliffe Road is an early to mid 19th century house, part of a group of buildings. It is constructed of hammer-dressed stone with rendered gables and features a pitched stone slate roof. The house has a moulded stone gutter supported by stone brackets and stands three storeys tall.
On the south elevation, the ground floor includes an entrance with a stone surround and a four-light stone mullioned window. The first floor has two three-light stone mullioned windows, while the second floor also features two three-light stone mullioned windows.
The north elevation has the ground floor set back to earth. The first floor contains a blocked two-light stone mullioned window, with the mullion removed, and the second floor has another blocked two-light stone mullioned window.
