Description
No. 24 James Street is an early to mid 19th century building that is part of a terrace. It is constructed from hammer dressed stone and has a pitched stone slate roof. The building stands three storeys tall, although it appears to have only two storeys on the north side.
On the south elevation, the ground floor features a four-light stone mullioned window. The first floor has two three-light stone mullioned windows, while the second floor is adorned with a seven-light stone mullioned window. The north elevation includes a ground floor with a three-light stone mullioned window, although one light is blocked. The first floor on this side has two two-light stone mullioned windows.
