Description

This is a detached house dating from the mid-19th century, part of a group of buildings in Rock Fold, Golcar. It is constructed of hammer-dressed stone with a pitched stone slate roof and a coped gable on its west side. The south elevation has, on the ground floor, a single four-light stone mullioned window, and on the first floor, two three-light stone mullioned windows. The east elevation features a lean-to extension to the ground floor and a single two-light stone mullioned window to the first floor.
