Description

This is an early to mid-19th century weavers' house located on Handel Street, Golcar. The building is constructed of hammer-dressed stone with a pitched stone slate roof and stone brackets supporting the gutter. It has cut footstones and a coped gable. The house is three stories high. The south elevation features, on the ground floor, two blocked three-light stone mullioned windows and a central doorway. The first and second floors each have one six-light stone mullioned window and one three-light stone mullioned window.
