Description

The Naze is a late 18th-century building that forms one half of a pair. It is constructed from hammer-dressed stone with quoins on the east side and features a pitched stone slate roof. The gable stack has water tabling. The building is two storeys high.

On the south elevation, the ground floor includes a recessed six-light stone mullioned window with a central king mullion, while the first floor has two recessed three-light stone mullioned windows. The northeast gable features a two-light stone mullioned window on the first floor and a single light window on the ground floor. A modern porch obscures the doorway. The northwest elevation has single-storey lean-to extensions that are built against the earth.
