No. 5 Bank Nook is an early to mid 19th-century cottage that is part of a terrace. It is constructed from hammer-dressed stone and features a pitched stone slate roof, with some parts rendered. The building stands two storeys tall. On the southeast elevation, the ground floor has a five-light stone mullioned window, while the first floor has a six-light stone mullioned window.
