Description

No. 3 Clough Lee is a late 18th-century cottage that is part of a row of buildings. The front of the cottage has Victorian features. It is constructed from hammer-dressed stone and coursed rubble stone, topped with a pitched stone slate roof. The cottage is two storeys high. On the north elevation, the ground floor features a door with a stone surround, while the first floor has a sash window and a lean-to extension. The south elevation has a ground floor with a 6-light chamfered and recessed stone mullioned window, and the first floor has a 3-light stone mullioned window.
