Description
Number 19, Clough Lee, is a mid-19th century building that is part of an earlier row. It is constructed from hammer-dressed stone and features quoins on part of the south elevation. The roof is pitched and covered with stone slate. The building has two storeys.
On the south elevation, the ground floor includes a door with a stone surround and one 2-light stone mullioned window. The first floor has one 2-light stone mullioned window and one single sash window with a stone surround. There is water tabling on the east gable.
The north elevation has 2-light stone mullioned windows on each floor. This building is included for its group value.
