Late C18 to early C19. (Mid C19 alterations and addition to west. House part of group). Hammer dressed stone. Pitched stone slate roof. Stone brackets. Coped gable to west. 2 storeys. South elevation has: ground floor; one 4-light and one 2-light stone mullioned window. Single light and entrance with stone surrounds to west end of mid C19. First floor; one 6-light stone mullioned window. One 2-light stone mullioned window (mid C19 with pronounced sill), to west end. North elevation has: ground floor; back to earth. First floor; one 3-light stone mullioned window (now blocked). West gable has: two single lights.
