Description

Number 12 Rotcher is an early to mid 19th-century house, constructed from hammer-dressed stone and featuring a pitched grey slate roof. The building stands two storeys tall. The south elevation includes a ground floor entrance with a stone surround and tie-stones, which is accessed through a modern porch. There is also a four-light stone mullioned window, although one mullion has been removed. On the first floor, there is a ten-light stone mullioned window. The north elevation has a back to earth ground floor, which includes an extension with a stone flag roof. This house is part of a group of buildings.
