Description

No 10 Rotcher is an early to mid 19th century house, part of a group of buildings. It is constructed from hammer-dressed stone and features a pitched grey slate roof. The house has two storeys. On the south elevation, the ground floor includes an entrance with a stone surround and tie-stones, alongside a three-light stone mullioned window. There is a single-storey extension to the west, built of coursed rubble with a pitched stone slate roof. The first floor of the main building has a seven-light stone mullioned window. The west gable features a two-light stone mullioned window on the ground floor and a three-light stone mullioned window on the first floor.
