GV II Mid to late C18. Former farmhouse. Coursed rubble. Quoins. Rough plinth. Pitched stone slate roof. 2 storeys. South elevation: ground floor; entrance with deep lintel and stone surround. One 6-light stone mullioned window (recessed with King mullion) (2 mullions removed). One 2-light stone mullioned window (mullion removed). One 2-light stone mullioned window (double chamfered) (mullion removed). First floor; two 3-light stone mullioned windows (one has 1 mullion removed). One former Slight stone mullioned window totally altered to form pigeon loft. One 2-light stone mullioned window (mullion removed) now pigeon loft. West gable: ground floor; one single light (recessed) with stone surround. First floor; one 3-light stone mullioned window (recessed). North elevation: Ground floor; doorway with quoins, chamfered reveals and pointed lintel with Tudor arch. One 2-light stone mullioned window (recessed). One single light with stone surround. First floor; two 2-light stone mullioned windows. East gable: ground floor; one 2-light stone mullioned window (chamfered and recessed) (mullion removed). One 2-light stone mullioned window (mullion removed). First floor; one 6-light stone mullioned window (4 mullions removed).
