Description

No. 1 Booth Bank is a late 18th-century house constructed of hammer-dressed stone, featuring quoins and a pitched stone slate roof. The gable is coped with cut footstones. The house is two storeys high.

On the southeast elevation, the ground floor has a recessed 6-light stone mullioned window with a king mullion and one sash, as well as a 3-light stone mullioned window with the mullions removed. The first floor includes a 3-light stone mullioned window, a 2-light stone mullioned window, and a 5-light stone mullioned window.

On the northeast elevation, there is a 2-light stone mullioned window on the first floor. Additionally, there are hammer-dressed stone lean-to extensions on the southwest and northeast elevations.
