Description
The Green is a mid-18th century terrace of three houses located on Station Road in Marsden. The building features hammer-dressed stone, with the south and west elevations rendered, while the north elevation shows visible quoins. The pitched stone slate roof covers two storeys.
On the south elevation, the ground floor has three doors, two of which have visible stone surrounds, and there are two recessed 6-light stone mullioned windows alongside one 3-light stone mullioned window. The first floor contains four 3-light stone mullioned windows and one 4-light stone mullioned window.
The north elevation has a ground floor with one 2-light stone mullioned window and various casement windows. The first floor features two recessed 3-light stone mullioned windows, one 3-light stone mullioned window, and one 2-light stone mullioned window.
