Description

This footbridge, located to the east of the ford, was built in 1844 and spans a stream. It is constructed from random rubble limestone, featuring dressed voussoirs and keystones. The bridge has a segmental arch with a dated keystone that is also inscribed with the initials "GH." There is a projecting stone coping on a very low parapet. A 20th-century tubular steel handrail is present on the east side only. Additionally, there is a 20th-century water depth gauge positioned in front of the bridge.
