Description
These stables, located to the southeast of Manor Farmhouse, date from the 18th century. They are constructed from random rubble limestone and feature a stone-slate roof. The stables include a loft above, with stairs located at the east end. The south front has a central stable door with a timber lintel, flanked by small openings also with timber lintels. There is a timber casement window towards the east end and a central roof dormer. A flight of stone steps leads up to the loft doorway, which has a plank door and a timber lintel, and there is nosing on the stone landing. The stables are included for their group value with the farmhouse.
