Description
Lower Green Hill is an early 19th-century farmhouse constructed from hammer-dressed stone that is thinly coursed, topped with a pitched stone slate roof and featuring two gable stacks. The building stands two storeys tall.
On the east elevation, the ground floor includes an entrance with stone surrounds, a 6-light stone mullioned window, and a 2-light stone mullioned window, both of which have double lintels. The first floor features another 6-light stone mullioned window and a 2-light stone mullioned window.
The west elevation has a first floor with a 2-light and a 3-light stone mullioned window. The south gable showcases a doorway with stone surrounds and tie-stones, along with water tabling above, which was originally over a former lean-to extension.
