Description
This cottage, located to the northeast of Hartley Royd Farmhouse, dates from the late 17th century. It is constructed from hammer-dressed stone and features a stone slate roof. The building has two storeys and includes quoins and coped gables with kneelers. The east front showcases chamfered mullioned windows, with three-light and four-light windows on the ground floor, and two-light and three-light windows on the first floor.
