Description
Inprint Gallery is a cottage dating from the late 17th century, with alterations made to the entrance front in the mid 18th century. It is constructed from hammer-dressed stone and features a stone slate roof. The building is two storeys high and consists of a single cell. It has quoins at the corners, and the doorway has composite jambs with a chamfered surround. To the right of the doorway is a window with a plain stone surround and an impost block. On the first floor, there is a former taking-in door with monolithic jambs that has been altered to form a window, supported by two stone corbels that once held a platform, which is now missing. The building has no stacks. At the rear, there is a two-light double-chamfered mullioned window, which is partly obscured by a lean-to. The left-hand return wall features a coped gable with kneelers and a blocked window, along with a similar two-light window above it, which has a double-chamfer and a mullion.
