Description

Hawk Stones West is a mid-19th century laithe-house constructed from hammer-dressed stone with a slate roof. It is a two-storey, single-cell house with a double pile layout. The front features a doorway with monolithic jambs and a four-light flat-faced mullioned window on each floor. There is a basket-arched cart entry, which is mirrored at the rear. A single stack is located on the ridge.
