Description
Rake Hey Farmhouse and attached barn dates from the early 19th century. The building is constructed of hammer-dressed stone with a stone slate roof. It is a two-storey, two-cell house with two bays of three-light, flat-faced mullioned windows on each floor. A gabled porch covers the front doorway. The gables are coped with kneelers, and there is a chimney stack present. A semi-circular arched cart entry is visible. A mistal doorway to the left has large tie-stones and a chamfered surround.
